Apache HTTP Server Down after MacOS Upgrade(Update)

My localhost Apache HTTP Server can't start after I update my MacOS.

In Mac, we can check the error with apachectl command

# apachectl -t

It will show you what's matter on startup, or something wrong with your configure file.

I get a php module error because the PNG module that PHP module try to load is an old version one(libPNG15). There is new version module at the same locate(or say folder). Since it happened because I use the old PHP module, I just fix it by upgrade php module.
